Parivaar Bengal – Another laurel in Basketball

Delighted to announce that Parivaar Bengal Boys won the Spandan All Bengal Invitation Basketball League Tournament 2026 organised by Special Headquarters of the Border Security Force, Raiganj (District Uttar Dinajpur), West Bengal. The tournament was held under Government of India’s Khelo India scheme – Sports For Development and Peace Across the Nation.

The 91 Battalion (Bn) of the Border Security Force (BSF) is an operational border-guarding unit stationed at the Maheshpur Campus in Raiganj, West Bengal. Operating under the jurisdiction of the Sector Headquarters (SHQ) BSF Raiganj within the BSF North Bengal Frontier, this unit primarily guards the strategic Indo-Bangladesh international border. This unit is involved in guarding areas along the border and engaging in regional security, community outreach, and anti-smuggling operation.

Our U-18 Team became the champion and remained undefeated in all its matches, winning with ample margins. Enroute to being the champions, they defeated the following teams.

Score – 93 : 43.

2) Hi5 Parivaar Vs The Youth Squad (Burdwan).
Score – 72 : 40.

4) Hi5 Parivaar Vs Bowbazar Boomers.
Score – 53 : 15.

5) Hi5 Parivaar Vs Sri Sri Academy. (FINAL)
Score – 77 : 28.
*Winner : Hi5 Parivaar (Champion).
