In the last one month I spent 18 days in Mandla district of MP where we have 25 of our Seva Kutirs in as many interior adivasi villages. In each of these Kutirs, on an average a 100 children and 10 elderly persons are served meals (both lunch and dinner), in addition to the education spent 18 days in Mandla district of MP

Re-starting of all 159 Seva Kutirs feeding and educating 16 thousand tribal children in MP

Happy to share that all our 159 Seva Kutirs (Meals and Education centres) in 159 tribal villages of 5 districts in Madhya Pradesh (Sheopur, Mandla, Dewas, Sehore, and Chhindwara), have restarted their full-fledged operations. The Kutirs are serving lunch and dinner to more than 16 thousand children in age-group of 3 to 15 and vulnerable Re-starting of all 159 Seva Kutirs feeding and educating 16 thousand tribal children in MP

Many friends over last 4 days inquired about the well-being of our Parivaar Bengal campuses, which are located in 24 Parganas (South) which had the severest natural disaster in last 2 or 3 centuries. Reopening of 25 Seva Kutirs in Sheopur district

After restarting our 25 Seva Kutirs in Mandla district, we have in last few days, also restarted full operations in our 25 Seva Kutirs in Sheopur district too, which are all catering to the poorest Sehariya tribe in Karahal block of Sheopur, which considered as ‘(mal)nutritional hell’ of MP. Parivaar Covid Relief Measures (First 6 weeks)

We have spent Rs 58 Lacs in last 6 weeks (in addition to the expenses in our core programs and institutions) for Covid Relief. About two-third of this was spent in Direct cash Transfers and Cash handouts to extremely vulnerable people like elderly, migrants, and those falling through cracks with regard to services from government. 25 Seva Kutirs in Mandla district

We have re-started our 25 Seva Kutirs in Mandla district which falls in Green Zone. In all the Kutirs we are serving both full lunch and dinner along with milk fruits etc. Also elderly people of the village are taking meals at our Seva Kutirs. 2500 children in tribal villages of Mandla are taking meals 25 Seva Kutirs in Mandla district

Sri Ramakrishna’s Janma-Tithi was celebrated across all 157 villages (First 6 weeks)

Sri Ramakrishna’s Janma-Tithi was celebrated across all 157 villages across 5 districts in Madhya Pradesh where our Seva Kutirs operate. At each of these villages, elderly women (widows, and those who are support-less) and men were served a feast. Around 4400 such women were gifted Sarees.

New Prayer and Meditation Hall inaugurated at Parivaar Sarada Teertha

Some days back a much larger Prayer and Meditation Hall at Parivaar Sarada Teertha (Girls’ Residential Campus in Bengal) was inaugurated by Revered Swami Balabhadranandaji Maharaj, the Assistant General Secretary of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission. The new Hall can accommodate 1000 persons at one time. Revered Maharaj spent 6 hours at both the campuses New Prayer and Meditation Hall inaugurated at Parivaar Sarada Teertha

15 thousand children across 148 Seva Kutirs in 5 districts of Madhya Pradesh celebrated Swami Vivekananda’s Birth Day

On 12th January, 15 thousand children across 148 Seva Kutirs in 5 districts of Madhya Pradesh celebrated Swami Vivekananda’s Birth Day. There were several events in each of these villages and rallies taken out by our children and Parivaar Sevavratees across all 148 villages.
