The training is held every Sunday and the timings are 5.30 am to 6.45 am for physical training for the boys and 5 pm to 6 pm for the Girls. The theory classes are conducted from 10 am to 3.45 pm with a break of 45 mins for Lunch.

Training personnel : Former Army personnel Shri Bipul Mallick is looking after the field side. The theory / academic side involves a number of other instructors in Mathematical Aptitude, General Studies,, English and Reasoning.

There are certain criteria which have to be fulfilled for various jobs. For Police or Army examinations a girl has to have a minimum height of 5ft 2inches and a boy has to have 5ft 6inches..
