During the Durga Puja time, while majorrity of our resident children visit their villages, homes, relatives, still, there are every year around 100 children who stay at Parivaar only – some have Parivaar as their only home and for a few others their guardians / relatives cannot take them owing to their work as migrant Durga Puja Excursions at Parivaar Bengal

Milestone of 2 Lac patients served under our free 24*7 Ambulance Services

We launched our free 24*7 Ambulance Services in extremely remote and poor tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh in June 2021, just after the second wave of the Pandemic. We reached the milestone of 2 lakh cases by 30th September, 2023 (2,06,710 to be exact). Two Parivaar boys (Amir Hembram and Ashok Sardar) played in the All India Basketball Tournament (U-13) held in Puducherry, representing West Bengal. lThe Bengal team won 3 out 4 games to reach Quarterfinals but lost at that stage. Amir was a major scorer for the team.Amir is from a village in Jharkhand and Ashok from Two Parivaar boys (Amir Hembram and Ashok Sardar) played in the All India Basketball Tournament (U-13) held in Puducherry

Alirajpur – the most deprived district in India

The Niti Ayog has noted Alirajpur district on the south-western fringe of Madhya Pradesh as the poorest and the most deprived district in whole of the country.It has close to 90 percent tribal population mainly comprising the Bhil communiy. It also has an extremely low literacy rate at 37 percent.Recently, BBC also did an article Alirajpur – the most deprived district in India

Signal Achievement in Eklavya Entrance Exams

After success in JNVs admission we have another good news to share. 212 of our Seva Kutir children (118 girls and 94 boys have been admitted to Eklavya residential schools. These are free residential schools set up by the Government of India and cater to candidates from ST category. The costs borne by government per Signal Achievement in Eklavya Entrance Exams

15 Parivaar children get admission into prestigious Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVs) in Grade 6.

This achievement, in our opinion, is considerably striking, given the fact that a couple of years back most of these children were hardly having academic competence of a beginner, say that of a Grade 1 student.Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are residential and Co-Ed schools run under the HRD Ministry of Government of India. These schools 15 Parivaar children get admission into prestigious Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVs) in Grade 6.

6 new buildings coming up in our 2 residential institutions in Dewas and Sehore district.

6 new buildings coming up in our 2 residential institutions in Dewas and Sehore district. They will in total accommodate more than 1500 resident boys and girls, making the total in these 2 institutions about 2500 resident children. It will then become, within less than 4 years of starting, the largest free residential schools for 6 new buildings coming up in our 2 residential institutions in Dewas and Sehore district.

Milestone of 50 thousand eye surgeries and 3000 camps reached

We are delighted to share that we have achieved the milestone of 3,000 eye camps and free 50,000 eye surgeries to the poorest of the poor sections of our countrymen, under Parivaar Shravan Kumar Prakalpa, the Vision Restoration Program for the elderly. Also, 4.27 Lac patients have been served in these camps and gone through Milestone of 50 thousand eye surgeries and 3000 camps reached
