Nivedita Samman Award

Shobhabazar Rajbaari in North Kolkata is an iconic place where Swami Vivekananda delivered his first speech in Calcutta after his triumphant return from the West in 1897. Yesterday (25th Oct), at this location, I was deeply privileged to receive the Annual ‘Nivedita Samman’ from the Governor of West Bengal Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar. This Award is Nivedita Samman Award

22 thousand sets of dress for 11 thousand children in 130 tribal villages in MP

On the auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dashami we have brought out new dress (T-shirts) for our children across 130 Seva Kutirs in 5 districts. This massive size-measurements and tailoring exercise took a few months. The T-shirt’s front has Vivekananda’s exhortation in Hindi ‘He Bharat, Utho Jago’ along with his picture.
